After sixteen years as a business owner, exiting that role was a professional liberation - Maurice was able to start the next chapter of his life as a Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor. Education: Moe is a Certified Business Intermediary from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), U.S.A. He is a graduate of the Canadian Securities Institute. He has also completed a program on Negotiation & Conflict Resolution at Harvard Law School in Massachusetts, U.S.A. In 1998 he was enrolled in the Executive MBA Program at St. Mary’s University, Canada.
