Selling a business is more than just a financial transaction; it’s a life-changing experience. Maurice (Moe) Muise knows this first hand, having founded, run and sold two businesses of his own. After sixteen years as a business owner, exiting that role was a professional liberation - Maurice was able to start the next chapter of his life as a Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor. In this role, he knows helping his clients exit their businesses goes deeper than the transaction itself. So rather than focusing only on financial results, Maurice approaches every situation as an advisor with his client’s future goals in mind.
Since 1998, Maurice has created smooth transitions for both sellers and buyers through strategic guidance and transparent, respectful negotiations. Options are explored based on the client’s goals and solutions are built on factual knowledge. His professional resources and connections provide answers to almost every question a client might have. Through his international business experience in Dubai, UAE and other GCC countries, Maurice cultivated a true respect for differing points of view and the ability to bridge the gap between those ideas - a skill that is critical for successful negotiations.
In addition to honest, experienced advice and a respectful approach, Maurice is fiercely dedicated to each of his clients. He consistently keeps abreast of industry developments, ensures clarity through every step of the process and listens through every challenge and success.
Through first hand experience, exceptional industry knowledge and an approachable personality, Maurice executes smooth, clear negotiations for his clients, so they can enjoy the achievement of their next goals.
